Paris

The BNVCA condemns the swastikas tagged in red on the
front of a store rue des Moines, in Paris 17th. The facts have been
reported by Mrs. Caroline Yadan, lawyer and deputy who denounced "an act
odious and revolting”.
The BNVCA warns of the trivialization of anti-Semitism under
all its forms and deplores that, in the name of an alleged freedom of expression,
the stigmatization and demonization of Jews and Israel is also spreading
widely and with impunity in social networks and in the streets. the
New York Times even dared to publish a crossword puzzle in the shape of a cross
swastika, multiplying the denials in the face of the indignation aroused.
The fight against anti-Semitism requires zero tolerance.
It is true that after the welcome given by Nupe deputies in slings
tricolor to a terrorist, sentenced for the attempted assassination of the great
Rabbi of Israel, and known to be a henchman of the PFLP, an organization
declared a terrorist, it not only passed zero tolerance to
oblivion but promoted an individual whose hatred of Israel and the Jews is the
signature. We are only at the beginning of the heavy consequences which
will ensue.
The BNVCA instructs its Counsel, Me Franck Serfati, to file
complaint to the public prosecutor
